Michael Pampalone III
Michael practices U.S. domestic and international trademark and copyright law. He continuously assists foreign companies and individuals operating in the United States in addressing all trademark and copyright issues they may encounter, including the preparation and filing of trademark and copyright applications, serving as the U.S. licensed attorney-of-record in connection therewith, as well as prosecuting and defending trademark opposition proceedings before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office’s Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and claims of infringement in the U.S.
Michael is a member of New York State Bar Association, the International Trademark Association (“INTA”) and is currently serving as a Member in the INTA’s Indigenous Rights Committee.
Michael is a graduate of Indiana University and Tulane University Law School, where he was admitted to the Order of the Barristers, served as a Board Member of the Moot Court Trial Team and was the recipient of the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Contracts. He has been admitted to practice law in the State of New York in 2005.
