The conference will take place at <a href=\"https:\/\/nuclearpower-expo.it\/en\/\">Nuclear Power Expo<\/a> in Piacenza.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dual-use items means items that can be used for both civil and military purposes<\/strong> and are listed in <strong>Annex I of Reg. (EU) 821\/2021<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The abovementioned Annex identifies dual-use items through a technical description and <strong>dedicates to the nuclear sector a specific category relating to nuclear materials, facilities and equipment<\/strong> in this sector.
